    IMPORTANT WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Senior Management Team, Plant Managers.

     

    DIRECTS: Senior Management Team, Plant Managers

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Development of and performance against budgets (P&L), Business/Strategic planning, Operational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Recruit/Retain/Development of Key staff, Key customer relationships, Daily Operations.

    MAJOR DUTIES:

    + Developing strategic operational plans that align with the company’s mission and objectives.

    + Improving internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

    + Monitoring financial performance to ensure the business remains profitable.

    + Leading, training, and developing a team to enhance performance and meet operational standards and to continue growth.

    + Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive business growth.

    + Managing resources effectively to maximize output and minimize waste.

    + Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the manufacturing team to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development.

    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:

    10+ years of Manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior managerial position.

     

    Manufacturing Experience with Machining, Forging, Welding preferred

     

    P&L management

     

    Proficiency in manufacturing software, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, experience with ERP systems, familiarity with quality management tools, and expertise in production planning tools.
