    Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Fairview, New Jersey. In this role, you will oversee crucial financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments.     Responsibilities:

    • Handle full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice review and approval.

    • Verify invoices for accuracy by checking sales tax, past-due balances, invoice numbers, and relevant job site details.

    • Input invoices into the system and prepare checks for payment.

    • Reconcile billing statements to ensure proper record-keeping and resolve discrepancies.

    • Manage wire payment schedules and ensure timely execution.

    • Maintain organized records of transactions and general ledger codes.

    • Collaborate with team members to streamline the accounts payable workflow.

    • Utilize QuickBooks efficiently to manage financial data and reporting. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with accounting software.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to handle a high volume of invoices with accuracy.

    • Solid understanding of sales tax and general ledger coding.

    • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.

    • Capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
