    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team in Houston, Texas. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical solutions and enterprise-level implementations within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, hands-on development, and ensure alignment with architectural standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead technical solution design and architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud

    + Own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementation, including custom code, integrations, and AppExchange products

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business process gaps and propose Salesforce solutions

    + Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other platform tools

    + Manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)

    + Mentor junior team members and lead complex systems projects

    + Create and maintain system architecture documentation

    + Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices

    + Support release management, source control, and deployment using Salesforce DX, ANT, Metadata API, Jenkins, etc.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field

    + 10+ years of Salesforce development and design experience

    + 2+ years of experience developing system architecture documentation

    + Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications and Administrator Certification

    + Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Force.com

    + Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Heroku, and Einstein Analytics

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization

    + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

    + Strong understanding of data modeling, application development, and CRM strategy

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)

    + Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Jira

    + Web application development and imaging technologies
