    Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking to bring your skills to a dynamic and fast-paced organization on a contract basis? At Robert Half, we connect skilled talent with exceptional clients, and we’re currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join one of our thriving partner companies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and process customer invoices and payments efficiently.

    + Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate records.

    + Investigate and resolve discrepancies with customer payments.

    + Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances with a focus on reducing aging accounts.

    + Collaborate with other departments to address invoice-related queries or disputes promptly.

    + Prepare accounts receivable reports and maintain documentation for audit purposes.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related role.

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    + Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

    + Knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles is a plus.
