Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Your ability to design and maintain data systems, analyze complex datasets, and create actionable reports will be integral to supporting organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain databases and integrated data systems to meet organizational needs and improve data accessibility.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data for operational and strategic purposes.

• Design and deliver tailored reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, ensuring they meet specific departmental requirements.

• Utilize data visualization techniques to present critical findings in a clear and actionable manner.

• Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies in datasets to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating analytical outcomes.

• Integrate data from multiple systems to produce cohesive and detailed reports.

• Perform statistical analyses and ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data.

• Provide technical support for the Point of Sale system and offer guidance on other data management platforms.

• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing all responsibilities. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including complex functions and formulas.

• Strong understanding of databases and data integration tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects technologies.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization methods.
