Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and documentation.

• Process payments and assist with collections to ensure timely resolution of accounts.

• Handle order entry and ensure accuracy in processing customer requests.

• Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers, addressing their needs with professionalism.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service efficiency.

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Utilize call center tools and systems to deliver high-quality customer service.

• Work effectively within an office suite environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in office and customer service support.

• Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with payment processing and collections.

• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and accurately.

• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.
