Description We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to become a vital part of our team in RUSHVILLE, Indiana. In this role, you will be working within the manufacturing industry, executing a variety of accounting functions and utilizing your skills in accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounts payable and receivable activities

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity

• Perform month-end close activities, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date

• Generate and analyze financial reports, providing key insights and recommendations

• Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date

• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Perform various accounting functions, including journal entries and billing functions

• Maintain a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry to provide relevant financial insights. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is essential.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is necessary.

• Applicant must possess auditing skills.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is essential.

• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Applicant should be adept at Month-end Close Activities.
