Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance entry level Email Support Specialist to join our marketing team onsite for the next 3-6 months. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing a significant increase in client email volume as we navigate upcoming client-driven changes. You'll work closely with our Content Manager, David, to ensure smooth communication and support. Requirements Responsibilities As a Freelance entry level Email Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Email Management: Assist in managing and responding to a high volume of client email inquiries. Prioritization: Support the Content Manager in organizing and prioritizing incoming email requests. Client Communication: Help maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding content updates and changes. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand upcoming client needs and adapt email support strategies accordingly. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with: Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in email management tools and practices, including experience using HubSpot. Attitude: A proactive and collaborative attitude.
