Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum) IV (Contractor)

Service Type: Temporary / Contract

Duration: 40 weeks

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support a network capacity management platform that identifies constrained network elements and initiates workflows to resolve them. This role will lead key integration efforts between the platform and partner systems, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and timely delivery of enhancements and new features.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and General Availability (GA) launches.

Key Responsibilities

+ Stakeholder Coordination

+ Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across internal and external teams.

+ Establish collaboration forums, schedule meetings, and manage agendas.

+ Document decisions, track action items, and ensure timely resolution.

+ Requirements Gathering & Management

+ Facilitate forums to define and refine project scope and requirements.

+ Set up and maintain collaboration spaces and documentation repositories.

+ Ensure shared understanding of deliverables and timelines.

+ Launch Planning & Execution

+ Identify and track key launch artifacts such as training materials, job aids, and trial documentation.

+ Coordinate UAT and GA activities to ensure smooth deployment.

+ Integration Oversight

+ Lead integration efforts with partner platforms and manage enhancement requests.

+ Ensure technical and operational alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Communication & Documentation

+ Maintain clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders.

+ Provide thorough documentation of meetings, decisions, and project milestones.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 6+ years of experience in technical project management working on networking projects.

+ Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

+ Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

+ Experience utilizing Smartsheet and/or Confluence

+ Experience with enterprise platform integrations is highly desirable.
