Description

+ Identify and document current and emerging business needs, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to define and deliver effective data and analytics solutions.

+ Participate in discovery sessions with Product Owners to gather business context, analyze findings, and document insights.

+ Develop clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

+ Work closely with internal stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure that solutions meet both technical standards and user expectations.

+ Conduct data analysis across multiple sources, consolidating and interpreting data accurately and efficiently.

+ Perform business process analysis to determine how data and analytics solutions should be structured to support operational goals.

+ Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to develop reports and perform ad hoc analysis.

+ Apply proven methodologies for requirements gathering, modeling, validation, and documentation of business and technical needs.

+ Map current business processes to future-state workflows, identifying functional gaps, data conversion strategies, and system requirements.

+ Assist in the creation of test plans and development of test cases to ensure solution quality.

+ Provide expertise in analytics reporting, including the design and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and custom reports

Requirements

+ Over 5 years of experience as a highly technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on supporting data and analytics software development projects.

+ Functional expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations, with hands-on experience using ERP systems such as Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, particularly within the Manufacturing and Work Order (WO) modules.

+ Skilled in translating complex data structures and domain-specific knowledge into impactful data visualization solutions, including dashboards, reports, insights, and analytical outputs.

+ Adept at aligning technical solutions with end-user needs to enhance the overall data experience and decision-making process
