Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will lead key marketing initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing company within the transportation equipment manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, and product marketing channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of outsourced projects.
• Organize and oversee trade show participation and marketing events to maximize company exposure.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Design and implement social media campaigns to engage audiences and strengthen the company's online presence.
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends to develop relevant and competitive marketing strategies.
• Work closely with leadership and team members to foster a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
• Proficiency in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute online and digital marketing initiatives.
• Experience in coordinating trade shows and marketing events.
• Solid understanding of KPI reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee outsourced tasks and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across teams and departments.
