Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Southlake, Texas. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage and optimize the accounts receivable process while supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial collections, data analysis, and accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

• Handle business-to-business (B2B) commercial collections to ensure timely receipt of payments.

• Utilize accounting software systems, such as Sage 100, to maintain accurate financial records.

• Perform advanced data entry and computer-based research to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

• Analyze and apply Excel formulas to generate reports and support financial decision-making.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address payment-related inquiries.

• Monitor and manage cash collections to align with company financial goals.

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and policies during all accounts receivable functions.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial operations and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including Sage 100.

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and commercial collections.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation and data analysis.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for effective documentation and communication.

• Experience with B2B collections and cash management.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

• Ability to conduct computer-based research to resolve issues.

• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams.
