Description We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Controller to lead and optimize financial operations within our organization. This role requires an individual with expertise in accounting, cost management, and financial reporting to ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Based in LaVergne, Tennessee, the position offers an opportunity to manage a dynamic team while overseeing key financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the accounting and controlling teams to ensure efficient operations and timely reporting.

• Coordinate and support accounting processes, ensuring the accurate application of valuation rules and compliance with organizational standards.

• Develop and implement a robust cost accounting approach to accommodate a growing production portfolio.

• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, inventory levels, and working capital, to provide actionable insights.

• Prepare and monitor capital expenditure budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Manage local forecasting and budgeting processes, explaining variances and improving visibility into financial results.

• Support internal and external audit processes, addressing recommendations and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

• Assist in tax consolidation and ensure adherence to government regulations related to finance, tax, and social legislation.

• Oversee IT projects related to finance and operations management, ensuring successful implementation and integration.

• Manage financial aspects of facility closures, including cash recovery, impairments, and legal entity dissolution in coordination with corporate finance. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with leadership responsibilities.

• Expertise in IFRS and US GAAP accounting principles.

• Strong skills in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure management.

• Proven ability to manage financial consolidations and prepare accurate financial statements.

• Experience with supply chain strategy and inventory management.

• Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.

• Solid understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to analyze and apply regulations in finance, tax, and social legislation.
