Description

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Recruiter to join our team in Baytown, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR team with recruitment efforts, ensuring seamless hiring processes and helping attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen resumes to identify candidates with relevant experience for open positions.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Create and manage job postings across various job boards and platforms to maximize visibility.

• Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and streamline processes.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress.

• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

• Assist with onboarding tasks and documentation for new hires.

• Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to support decision-making.

• Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational policies and industry standards.

Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and other applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Familiarity with job boards such as CareerBuilder and CRM tools.

• Strong ability to conduct background checks and manage benefit-related functions.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams effectively.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
