    Client Service Associate (CSA)

     

    Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base (depending on experience) + Discretionary Bonus + Profit Sharing

    The Role:

    The Client Service Associate will play a vital role in delivering a white-glove client experience, supporting advisors, and helping ensure operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing CSA with RIA experience who enjoys being client-facing and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as a primary point of contact for client servicing requests and inquiries

    + Prepare and process account paperwork, including account openings, transfers, contributions/distributions, and maintenance

    + Support advisors in client meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing financial planning efforts

    + Coordinate with custodians and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of client needs

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

    + Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience

    + Assist with ad-hoc projects, including compliance tasks and process improvement initiatives

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of experience in a client service or operations role within an RIA or financial planning firm

    + Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

    + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

    + Personable, collaborative, and thrives in a team-oriented environment

    + Comfortable working onsite most of the week and committed to hands-on learning during the onboarding period
