    We are looking for a dynamic Tax Director/Manager to lead our tax planning and accounting operations in Loveland, Ohio. This role is integral to providing expert guidance on complex tax matters, overseeing compliance processes, and collaborating with clients to deliver strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities while driving innovation and efficiency within the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the firm’s tax planning and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.

    • Supervise the preparation and review of personal, corporate, and partnership tax returns, including complex filings.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, offering tailored tax strategies and solutions.

    • Identify opportunities for expanding advisory services and generating additional revenue streams.

    • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows and improve client satisfaction.

    • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for less experienced staff members.

    • Support business development initiatives, including onboarding new clients and expanding service offerings.

    • Ensure effective utilization of tax software and accounting tools to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.

    • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients and the team.

    Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in personal and business tax preparation.

     

    • CPA or Enrolled Agent designation is preferred.

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and provide clear guidance.

    • Proven expertise in QuickBooks, tax software, and accounting workflows.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Detail-oriented approach with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and leadership.

    • Commitment to contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

    • Familiarity with corporate tax compliance and annual income tax provision processes.
