A busy and compassionate medical office in Oceanside is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can juggle phones, paperwork, and patient questions with grace and professionalism. This is more than just answering phones—you're the first impression of the practice, the calm in the chaos, and the friendly face patients remember.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

    + Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect co-pays

    + Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments

    + Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

    + Coordinate with medical assistants and providers to keep the day running smoothly

    + Handle general administrative tasks like scanning, filing, and faxing

    Requirements

    + 1–2 years of front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in a medical setting

    + Excellent communication and multitasking skills

    + Familiarity with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks, Athena, or similar)

    + A calm, friendly demeanor—even when the waiting room is full

    + Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus
