Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for accuracy in financial operations. You will play a critical role in supporting accounting functions, ensuring data integrity, and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Transfer and organize financial data from the accounting system to ChainDots with precision.
• Perform thorough account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial records and transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Oversee billing operations and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet strict project deadlines and deliverables.
• Utilize organizational systems to streamline accounting tasks and improve workflow.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports to support decision-making and financial planning. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with accounting systems, with preference given to experience in > systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to commit to project timelines and deliver high-quality results.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in standard accounting procedures and software tools.
