Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.

+ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

+ Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial reports.

+ Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

+ Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

+ Assist with audit processes and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 2+ years of professional accounting experience (experience in a mid- to large-sized company is a plus).

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
