Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-time Project Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, driving product marketing initiatives, and coordinating promotional and training material development. This role is well-suited for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for contributing to the non-profit sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate training and promotional materials tailored for various audiences, including sales teams, customer service representatives, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on webpage design and content creation to enhance product visibility and user experience.
• Gather market insights and product feedback by maintaining effective communication with Training Centers and client organizations.
• Design and implement marketing surveys, presentations, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage operational product marketing tasks such as inputting product data, drafting announcements, and completing metadata forms.
• Organize logistics for conferences and product testing initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Handle administrative responsibilities like scheduling meetings, preparing travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and summarizing meeting discussions.
• Coordinate shipping, supply orders, and other operational tasks to support project and team needs.
Requirements • Proven experience in project coordination, with a focus on managing logistics and administrative tasks.
• Ability to create and manage branded content across various platforms.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in handling marketing-related operational tasks, including data management and content creation.
• Skilled in developing presentations, surveys, and reports to support business objectives.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in coordinating events, conferences, and product testing.
