Probate Attorney

In-office position, with the potential to transition into a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in probate and estate planning, We welcome applicants who may have prior experience in probate law—even if that experience is not recent.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist clients with a variety of probate and estate planning matters

+ Complete and file probate forms and related documentation

+ Provide guidance and support through the probate process

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough, efficient legal service

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in [State]

+ 2+ years of experience in probate law, estate planning, or a related field

+ Familiarity with probate forms and court procedures

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills

+ Willingness to work in-office, with hybrid work flexibility offered after a set period

Preferred:

+ Previous experience in probate law, even if not recent

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
