    Schedule: Monday-Thursday - enjoy Fridays off!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Be the Welcoming Face of the Office: Engage with clients by greeting them warmly and assisting with their needs. You’ll ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

    + Multitask in Key Support Areas: Answer phone calls, help with scheduling, and coordinate front office operations smoothly.

    + Light Bookkeeping: Support our client with QuickBooks data entry, minor account adjustments, and processing checks and deposits, keeping their operations running seamlessly during this interim period.
