    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

    + Match purchase orders, delivery tickets, and invoices.

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

    + Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments.

    + Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and records.

    + Assist with month-end closing and reporting.

    + Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience with Timberline or Brix software.
