Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in benefits administration? Do you have knowledge or experience directly working with Ohio health insurance plans? If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, and claims processing.
+ Assist with enrollment processes, policy communications, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
+ Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers, including Medical Mutual of Ohio, if applicable.
+ Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, ensuring confidentiality and prompt resolution of any issues.
+ Support HR in audits, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to benefits operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a Benefits Coordinator or similar role.
+ Knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance standards.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
+ Experience directly working with Medical Mutual of Ohio is desirable but not required.
