Description We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and enjoys creating impactful solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential business opportunities through research and analysis.
• Establish and nurture relationships with top-level decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to introduce services and secure new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and metrics.
• Work closely with administrative and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within a metrics-driven environment.
• Proven success in developing new business in multi-call, multi-decision-maker scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to market to and close deals with top-level decision-makers.
• Familiarity with administrative and customer support operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, detail-oriented demeanor.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
