Description
Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a client in the Buford area that is looking to add a Technical Training Specialist to their team. The Technical Training Specialist will oversee the development, implementation, and management of technical training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the skills needed to excel in their roles. This is a great opportunity to contribute to employee growth and organizational success through effective training strategies. Previous experience as a technical trainer in the manufacturing industry is required.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive technical training programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Assess employee skill levels and identify areas for improvement through training initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training programs align with operational goals.
• Manage and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees, utilizing various instructional methods.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate innovative training techniques.
• Support employees in applying learned skills to their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in training processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in employee training.
• Proficiency in using technology tools for training delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
