Description We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Product Marketing (MLOps) to lead the positioning and messaging strategy for cutting-edge MLOps solutions in Sunnyvale, California. This role will play a critical part in driving thought leadership, increasing market visibility, and establishing the company as a leader in AI and ML technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to create impactful marketing assets and campaigns that generate demand and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging strategies for MLOps solutions, tailored to multiple audiences and personas.
• Design and implement programs to establish the company as a leader in the software development lifecycle, with a focus on AI and ML technologies.
• Enhance thought leadership initiatives to strengthen the company's influence among industry analysts, influencers, and prospective customers.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, digital marketing, analyst relations, and product management teams to drive lead generation and business growth.
• Create high-quality marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, white papers, videos, blogs, and webinars to showcase the benefits of MLOps solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitive environments to equip sales and product teams with strategies to address competitive challenges.
• Optimize event speaking opportunities and campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across global teams to support marketing objectives.
• Drive demand generation efforts through innovative campaigns and sales enablement tools. Requirements • At least 6 years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in machine learning, AI, or data science; experience in DevOps/DevSecOps or SaaS is a plus.
• Proven expertise in managing global teams and processes effectively.
• Ability to define buyer personas and use cases for targeted campaigns and impactful content creation.
• Experience in developing sales enablement materials and content for websites, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills to work independently and with cross-functional, international teams.
• Flexibility to operate in fast-paced environments and coordinate across multiple time zones.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, at a native-level proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Innovation starts with people.®
