Description

We are looking for a skilled data analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to translate business needs into actionable solutions while guiding projects from inception to completion. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, define best practices, and lead initiatives that enhance data integrity and business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into robust data analytics solutions.

• Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, including problem definition, code validation, and deployment.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other data analysts to establish best practices and methodologies.

• Collaborate with business process owners to ensure data alignment and integrity across various systems.

• Develop and execute data validation plans to support accurate data migration and mapping processes.

• Identify and implement advanced data analytics methods and tools tailored to specific business use cases.

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for applying data analytics to solve business challenges.

• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.

• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.

• Deliver presentations and communications to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders.

Requirements • Proven expertise in data analytics, including experience with SQL, Python, and R programming.

• Strong knowledge of business intelligence technologies such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Ability to lead end-to-end data analytics projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Familiarity with SAP R/3 and data migration processes, including validation and mapping.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills for collaborating with stakeholders and teams.

• Proficient in creating dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Solid understanding of data integrity principles and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
