    Description

    Our client is hiring a Founding Account Executive to join one of the fastest-growing AI MarTech startups in the Bay Area! This role is on-site in Palo Alto and is a unique opportunity to get in early and help shape the future of our sales organization. You’ll be selling directly to B2B SaaS startup founders and enterprise executives in a high-velocity, quick-close environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

     

    Sell to startup founders and enterprise decision-makers

     

    Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging and sales processes

     

    Hit and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment

     

    Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights

    Requirements

    3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

     

    Proven success selling to startup founders and/or enterprise executives

     

    Comfortable with fast sales cycles and high deal volume

     

    Independent, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running

     

    Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up
