Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for growth in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing data entry tasks with precision and possess strong time management skills. Previous experience with accounts receivable is a bonus but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into the company systems, ensuring a high level of precision.

• Handle numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks efficiently.

• Organize and manage administrative tasks related to accounts receivable processes.

• Utilize time management skills to meet daily and weekly deadlines.

• Code and process invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval.

• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while performing data entry and related tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to support administrative office functions as needed.

• Assist in learning and operating the Global Shop software system.

• Uphold company standards by adhering to business casual dress code policies.

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry roles, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with numeric and alphanumeric data entry processes.

• Basic understanding of accounts receivable systems or willingness to learn.

• Proficient in typing and using computer systems for administrative tasks.

• Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.

• Ability to code and process invoices accurately.

• Adept at working in an administrative office environment.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems, such as Global Shop.
