    Description We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will support essential HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and accurate recordkeeping. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative HR team while gaining valuable experience in a structured and organized environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations, including data entry, file organization, and record maintenance.

    • Generate and manage reports using company systems, with full training provided.

    • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.

    • Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR documentation.

    • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance workflow efficiency and support internal procedures.

    • Perform general HR functions, excluding employee relations and decision-making responsibilities.

    • Apply knowledge of HR practices to contribute to the team's success and operational consistency.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all assigned tasks. Requirements • Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.

    • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms.

    • Knowledge of onboarding processes and procedures.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

    • Proficiency in managing employee records and documentation.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
