Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service abilities and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical assistance for issues related to hardware, software, systems, and printers.
• Respond to incoming Help Desk calls and tickets with prompt and accurate solutions.
• Handle password resets, update user accounts, and assign tickets to appropriate IT staff.
• Configure, maintain, and track company iPads and related assets.
• Manage inventory of PCs and other IT equipment, ensuring accurate records.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on IT equipment prior to deployment.
• Maintain detailed documentation for IT assets and oversee equipment recycling processes.
• Collaborate with the Communication Systems Support Specialist to address specific needs.
• Generate daily reports and perform routine administrative tasks within the IT department.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by IT leadership. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with preference for technical support expertise.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook.
• Capability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and basic troubleshooting techniques. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
