Description We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Dallas, Texas, on a contract basis. This hybrid position combines remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, and adoption matters.

• Draft and review legal documents such as court pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with Texas family law statutes.

• Provide empathetic and meticulous advice to clients facing sensitive family-related issues.

• Manage multiple case files efficiently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and legal standards.

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court trials to advocate for clients.

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs.

• Utilize legal practice management software and Microsoft Office tools to streamline case management.

• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency. Requirements • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Texas State Bar licensure.

• Minimum of five years of experience practicing family law.

• In-depth knowledge of Texas family law statutes, case law, and procedural rules.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address complex personal issues with sensitivity.

• Proven ability to manage multiple case files and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with legal practice management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Previous courtroom experience, including trials or evidentiary hearings, is highly desirable.

• Reside in the Dallas, Texas area with the ability to commute to the office for in-person collaboration as needed.
