Description
Sue Sumrell is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join this dynamic team in Portland, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and strategic direction of a rapidly expanding organization. You will play a key part in evaluating new markets, analyzing targeted acquisitions, and building valuation models to drive business success.
This is NOT a remote role. Must be located in the Portland metro area.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and underwriting for acquisition opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex valuation models to assess potential investments.
• Perform thorough due diligence on targeted acquisitions to ensure strategic alignment.
• Evaluate new market opportunities and provide recommendations based on research and analysis.
• Collaborate with the team on integration processes post-acquisition to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial modeling and analysis.
• Assist with identifying growth opportunities and creating actionable plans.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance decision-making.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within corporate development or financial analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a proven ability to create complex valuation models.
• Experience in real estate finance is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in business valuation and due diligence processes.
