### Job Duties

Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they meet the company standards.

Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.

Accurately label packages with the correct shipping and product information.

Report any inventory or service issues to leadership.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions or supply needs.

Handle delicate items with care and special attention to packaging guidelines.

Enhance department reputation by taking ownership of new and different tasks.

### Minimum Education Required

no high school diploma or equivalent

### Minimum Experience Required

Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to lift and move heavy packages consistently through your shifts.

Excellent organizational skills.

Effective communication skills, able to communicate clearly with team members and leadership.

Packaging/assembly experience is optional - we will train you.

Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects.
