Are you professional, reliable, and highly organized — with a touch of sales savvy? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys communicating with people, and wants to grow into a management position. Position Details: * Part-time: 20 hours per week * Flexible schedule (some remote work possible after training) * Hourly pay based on experience * Opportunity for promotion to a management role within the company Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational: * Organize and maintain digital and physical office systems * Create documents, letters, and reports using MS Word & Google Docs * Data entry, spreadsheet tracking, and report generation (Excel/Google Sheets) * Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor orders * Communicate with schools, parents, and staff professionally and promptly * Coordinate logistics for events and after-school program sessions Sales & Enrollment: * Respond to parent inquiries via phone, email, and social media * Follow up with leads and help families through the enrollment process * Track and manage enrollment data * Promote current offers, classes, and seasonal programs * Confidently communicate the value of our programs to new and returning families * Convert interest into enrollment using scripts, tools, and CRM (training provided) Skills & Qualifications: * Reliable with excellent attention to detail * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable using online tools, organizing files, and managing tasks * Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently * Prior experience in an office, administrative, or coordination role * Prior sales and customer service experience * Professional demeanor when representing the company to partners/schools Bonus Points For: * Experience coordinating programs or events * Prior work experience with the local school systems * Strong interest in team leadership or future management * Theater and/or teaching background — especially with children * Experience with sales, enrollment, or customer service * Familiarity with Jackrabbit Class System.
