    The Arc Allegany-Steuben is seeking an Associate Executive Director to oversee and grow our vocational services and business operations, including custom apparel decoration , light hand-assembly, vendor-managed inventory, and contract cleaning services. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in both the business world and the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    What You'll Do:

    + Lead day-to-day operations of agency-run businesses (custom apparel decoration, light assembly, managed inventory , and contract cleaning crews)

    + Supervise vocational and educational programs that support community-based employment

    + Develop business strategies and partnerships to expand social enterprises

    + Manage budgets, performance metrics, and compliance standards

    + Mentor and inspire managers and frontline staff to deliver quality, person-centered services

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 5+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership, business management, or vocational services

    + A bachelor's degree in business, Human Services, or related field

    + Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills

    + A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to leadership

    + Passion for empowering people with disabilities through meaningful work
