Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is seeking a high-performing New Car Sales Manager to lead our elite sales team. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage the new car sales team to exceed performance goals
+ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and customer engagement processes
+ Ensure a luxury-level customer experience aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand
+ Monitor inventory, manage vehicle allocations, and collaborate with OEM partners
+ Analyze sales performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement
+ Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales professionals
+ Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 3 years of Sales Management experience in a Premium or Luxury automotive dealership
+ German luxury brand experience (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc.) strongly preferred
+ Proven leadership and team development skills
+ Strong understanding of the luxury automotive customer journey
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
+ Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
