    Job Description

    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Urgent Care (Geneva & Penn Yan, NY)

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (specify as needed)

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team based in Geneva, NY, with required travel to support our Penn Yan, NY location as needed. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced LPN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver clinical care under the direction of the Practice Manager and medical provider, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

    + Provide direct patient care including triage, vital signs, specimen collection, medication administration, and patient education.

    + Support physicians and other providers in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

    + Document patient information accurately and maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.

    + Participate in ongoing education and training through in-service programs, continuing education, and departmental competencies.

    + Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional clinical outcomes.

    + Travel between Geneva and Penn Yan Urgent Care sites as scheduled or needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Active New York State LPN license required.

    + Experience in physician practice or urgent care setting highly preferred.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.

    + Flexibility to travel regularly between Geneva and Penn Yan locations.

    + Commitment to continuous professional development and clinical excellence.
