    Job Duties

    + Oversee all rental and used equipment activities while maximizing financial performance.

    + Ensure quality shop work and timely shipment to the customer.

    + Manage buying and selling of equipment, including possible equipment transfers between branches. Manage inventory, maintenance, and depreciation of equipment. Oversee scheduling, delivery, and pickup of all equipment.

    + Develop sales strategies and coordinate with other departments. Set the pricing for used equipment.

    + Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers. Accompany sales personnel to perform trade-in evaluations at customer facilities.

    + Recruit, select, train, develop, and counsel personnel.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 2-4 years related experience

    + Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor degree, preferably in Business or Marketing . Three to five years experience managing a rental/used fleet with lift trucks and batteries preferred.

    + Strong leadership, communication, time management, and decision-making skills.

    + Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and department performance reports.

    + Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and Word programs
