Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Principal Supply Chain Business Operations Compliance Specialist** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This role supports our GSC Compliance Team and can be performed at the following locations: **Melbourne, FL, Rancho Bernardo, CA, Redondo Beach, CA or Warner Robins, GA.**

+ 1st shift, 9/80A schedule with every other Friday off!
+ May be able to accommodate a hybrid schedule for this role but position will require in-office days in Melbourne, FL, Rancho Bernardo, CA, Redondo Beach, CA, or Warner Robins, GA
Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations and/or compliance such as: regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity
+ Manages, develops or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities
+ Perform Internal PACE reviews and Random audits on both low-side and high-side
+ Support sector customer audits
+ Provide compliance support to the Procurement organization
+ Review procedures for accuracy and any needed clarification
+ Support the training team with compliance guidance
+ Support annual external customer audits
+ Remain up to date in FAR/DFAR regulations, Terms and Conditions, Contract Instructions and Program Addenda clauses
+ Interface with Supply Chain Management processes and personnel at all levels to ensure the success in NGAS Sector Compliance
Salary ranges will be dependent upon where the position is based and follows our company geographic salary bands aligned with position. Specific salary offer for candidate selected will be commensurate with experience.

Basic Qualifications:
(Principal Level)
+ Must have Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience or in-lieu of degree with 9 years of experience
+ Experience must be in Procurement, Subcontracts, Peer Review of Packages and/or Audits, Organization Effectiveness (PrOP), and/or other related industry experience
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance within a reasonable amount of time as deemed appropriate by the company to meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of terms and conditions, and program contract flow-downs (FAR/DFAR regulations)
+ Working knowledge of SAP
+ Prior experience working with suppliers/subcontracts for both US Government and non-US Government programs as a Buyer or SCA
+ Current DoD Secret level or above in active status. OR can obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $136,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
