    Operate with Precision and Purpose at Sunroc as an Asphalt Roller Operator!Sunroc is searching for an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team in delivering top-quality paving projects. In this role, you’ll operate rollers safely, work closely with team members to meet compaction standards, and maintain equipment for peak performance. If you’re safety-focused, skilled with asphalt mixes, and dedicated to quality, Sunroc offers a supportive environment where your expertise is valued.

     

    Things You’ll Do

     

    + Operate the asphalt roller safely and efficiently.

    + Work with screedman and paving foreman to complete a quality job and meet compaction requirements.

    + Help team members with cleaning out the paver.

    + Direct and teach laborers.

    + Keep the roller greased, oiled, and perform minor repairs if needed using oilcans, grease gun or hand tools.

    Requirements

    + Must be 18 years or older.

    + Experience rolling different types of asphalt mixes.

    + Understand paving procedures.

    + Attention and commitment to safety.

    + Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

    + Strong work ethic.
