    Responsibilities

    The main function of this recruiter role is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings, promoting career opportunities within an organization. This position is responsible for finding new talent to bring into the organization, supporting the Campus recruiting team, and coordinating various recruitment events.Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay informed of current and future hiring and business needs.

     

    + Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.

    + Interview applicants to gather information on work history, training, education, and job skills.

    + Prepare and maintain employment records.

    + Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.

    + Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.

    Qualifications

    + 5+ Full cycle recruiting or campus recruitment

    + Bachelor Degree

    + Proficiency in Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems.

    + Experience sourcing candidates on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.

    + Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.

    + Understanding of personnel recruitment, selection, and training principles.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
