    Logistics Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support operations at a distribution center. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations. The analyst will be responsible for verifying inbound deliveries against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and support continuous improvement in inventory and fulfillment processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Review and validate incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.

    + Identify and document discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged goods.

    + Collaborate with warehouse staff and procurement teams to resolve delivery issues.

    + Maintain accurate records of delivery audits and generate reports for internal stakeholders.

    + Support process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery accuracy and operational efficiency.

    + Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery and inventory accuracy.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in logistics and data entry.

    + Knowledge of supply chain operations.

    + Experience with ERP systems.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

    + 0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

    + Internship or co-op experience in a logistics or warehouse setting.

    + Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a fast-paced distribution center where independent work is valued. Familiarity with inventory management systems is required, and the dress code is business casual.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
