We're seeking a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to lead impactful hiring initiatives and collaborate closely across departments. • What You’ll Be Doing
+ Lead engaging staffing events, including open house recruiting sessions
+ Strategically post job openings via internal systems, job boards, social media & community outreach
+ Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and deliver smart recruiting strategies
+ Guide managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and coaching practices
+ Deliver clear communication and education on HR policies and procedures
+ Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, turnover trends) to measure success
+ Conduct exit interviews and support documentation for onboarding and separations
+ Organize records and maintain compliance with food safety and labor laws
+ Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with confidence
• What You Bring
+ Associate’s Degree (required)
+ 3+ years’ full-cycle recruiting experience
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (highly preferred)
+ Bilingual in Spanish/English (highly preferred)
+ Hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bonus Skills
+ Proficiency in CareerBuilder or similar job platforms
+ A proactive approach to candidate screening and onboarding
+ Enthusiasm for talent acquisition and workforce development

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
