    Job Description

    Metro One is a rapidly growing company currently hiring a Client Specialist with 1-2 years minimum experience. The Client Specialist candidate should be able to handle a fast-paced, high volume of activities to ensure strong service levels. We're looking for a strong Client Specialist to provide oversight of our Officers in the field.

    Client Specialist Requirements:

    + Minimum one year of Supervisory security experience.

    + Flexible schedule.

    + Travel to the New Jersey and Philadelphia regions.

    + Train new hires on their site-specific post order and maintain post order compliance.

    + Work closely with Performance Manager to exceed service levels.

    + Enforce Metro One LPSG Uniform Policy.

    + Issue verbal disciplinary warnings to Security Officers for attendance, uniform issues, etc.

    + Utilize Track force technology to submit site inspections, incidents and uniform check reports.

    + Assist with all other operational needs from Performance Manager.

    + Cover a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer if necessary.

    + Ability to interact with the public and client in a direct and professional manner with strong interpersonal skills.

    + Participate in the company's pre-employment screening process.

     

    Client Specialist Skills ?

     

    + Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    + Familiarity with scheduling software programs a plus.

    + Outgoing personality with strong organizational, leadership and customer service skills.

    + Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
