Compensation

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44 per hour, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales. This is the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Responsibilities

The Transportation Coordinator will play a vital role in the delivery of propane and alternative products to our customers while ensuring that the highest standards of safety and customer service are met. Duties include, but are not limited to:

+ Dispatching

+ Working with 3rd party vendors to ensure on-time deliveries

+ Communication with both drivers and supply chain partners

+ Calculating gallons and percentages

+ Utilizing transportation management software to boost routing efficiency and safety

Requirements

+ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

+ Availability to take driver calls after hours (phone provided)

+ Ability to meet a hybrid work schedule

The pay for this position ranges from $55,200.00 to 73,500.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
