    Open Positions1. Mechatronics Technician I – 1st Shift

     

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

    + Pay: $30–$35/hour +7% target performance bonus

    + Experience: Entry-level to 3 years

    + Education: Associate degree, diploma, or certification in Mechatronics or related field

    2. Mechatronics Technician I – 2nd Shift

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift

    + Pay: $30–$35/hour +$2/hour shift differential+7% target performance bonus

    + Experience: Entry-level to 3 years

    + Education: Same as above

    3. Mechatronics Technician II – 2nd Shift

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift

    + Pay: $32–$38/hour +$2/hour shift differential+7% target performance bonus

    + Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role

    + Education: Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics or related field

    + Preferred: ASRS experience or strong PLC troubleshooting skills

    Job Responsibilities

    Technician I

     

    + Assist with maintenance and repair of automated machinery and control systems

    + Perform basic diagnostics and support equipment installations

    + Learn from senior technicians and grow technical skills

    + Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols

     

    Technician II

     

    + Lead troubleshooting and repairs of complex electromechanical systems

    + Perform preventive maintenance and support system upgrades

    + Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor junior staff

    + Document work in CMMS and drive continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    Technician I

     

    + Associate degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience

    + Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills

     

    Technician II

     

    + Associate degree or 3–5 years of experience

    + Proficiency in PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), sensors, and diagnostics

    + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
