Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate production equipment including autoseal, autopack, pasteurizer, and extractor.

+ Handle raw materials: bean loading, soaking, curding, extracting, and packaging.

+ Perform sanitation tasks: equipment breakdown, foaming, rinsing, and sanitizing.

+ Complete production paperwork and report equipment issues.

+ Follow safety protocols including lock-out/tag-out and chemical handling.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Restocking supplies.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Prior food manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred.

+ Forklift experience is a plus.

Skills & Physical Requirements:

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull carts over 70 lbs.

+ Comfortable with repetitive motion, standing, bending, and working in varying temperatures.

+ Team player with a high level of energy and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
