• Mining Applications Engineer

    Actalent (Lexington, KY)


    Description

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers

    + Coordinate with affiliated companies within the corporate group to support and manage intercompany sales initiatives.

    + Develop tailored sales proposals and equipment layout designs for both the internal sales team and dealer partners, using application-specific data and technical requirements.

    + Deliver training sessions to dealers, customers, and internal staff on product features and the fundamentals of screening technology.

    + Conduct on-site visits to gather operational data, perform screening calculations, and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.

    + Participate in the research and development of new product lines to meet evolving market needs.

    + Engage in cross-training with aggregate technical support teams to ensure seamless support coverage when needed.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelors Degree in Engineering - mining preferred

    + 5+ years experience in the mining industry

    + Understanding of mining regulations and safety

    + Customer Communication

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
